We put into practice measures that contribute to preventing, stopping and reversing the degradation of our ecosystem and we do it together with our guests, teams, suppliers and collaborators.

Fully committed to the environment, we promote awareness of sustainability through social and cultural actions.

Proud to participate in educational projects and preservation of the Mediterranean coasts and the land of the Balearic Islands and for supporting charities and projects for the community through job placement for people with disabilities or for children suffering abuses (among others; RANA, Amadip, Mallorca Integra).

We believe in faithful and long lasting relationships. For this reason, we have been working with our local suppliers for many years. Based on trust and respect, we continue to grow and learn together, always promoting local products as much as possible.

We have a permanent team and a high average of years in the company.

The team receives continuous training, employment decisions are made through staff committees, and job opportunities are always offered through internal promotion.

  • Eco-friendly bathroom amenities (non-plastic waste) are introduced.

  • Installation of 100% LED lights is updated.
  • Tap diffusers are updated to further reduce consumption.
  • We introduce QR codes for general hotel information and for food and drink menus, resulting in significant savings on paper.
  • We include even more local products in our menus.

  • KM0 water that we bottle in glass is introduced in our hotel and the use of plastic bottles is eliminated.
  • Install charger for electric cars.
  • We improve climate and light control in rooms to reduce energy consumption.

  • Photovoltaic installation.
  • Single-use bathroom products are removed and replaced by large glass containers.
  • Introducing a new brand of bathroom products that assigning part of its turnover to water projects.
